At certain times, special offers or features may be added at our discretion. These special offers or features will be given at the time of activation of software.

(If applicable) a one-time charge may appear on your credit card. This is a processing fee and is nonrefundable. This will appear on your credit card statements as OneStopMarketing.com Inc.

SERVICE USAGE - You may only use the interface to promote the specific site(s), that is/are licensed to you. In the event that you attempt to resell the software without the written consent of OneStopMarketing Inc. your service will be deactivated without any refunds.
DISTRIBUTION - You may not resell or distribute this service to any other clients without a written agreement and contract with OneStopMarketing.com Inc.
DISPUTES - In the event of any legal action Vs OneStopMarketing.com Inc. the proceedings will be held in the District Courts of the State Of Arizona (MARICOPA COUNTY) for resolution. Losing parties will pay attorney fee's, court cost's and any damages that are applicable.
UNFAIR USAGE - If at any time you pursue a chargeback without trying to resolve the issue with OneStopMarketing Inc. We will provide your Credit Card Company all IP / Client Activity as well as Terms of Service. We also have the option to send your account to collections to include all charges incurred, charge back fee's and attorney fee's / court costs in the State Of Arizona. This is only used to prevent abuse of our system.
